Quality International Foundation (QIF) provides education and skilling for youth and children with special needs. The organization started in 2014 as a school that later became a skilling center for special needs children. QIF supports 55 special needs youths and 25% of special needs individuals served are girls. Harriet Tumuhairwe, Co-founder & Director of Operations, champions the inclusion of special needs youth in agribusiness. A key goal for QIF is to skill special needs children and youth to increase their survival and absorption into the community.
